Tamawal Terms & Conditions

Tamawal for digital brokerage is a limited liability company, registered with no. 1010716845 in the commercial register, and a unified national no. 702339579. The following terms and conditions have been set to provide clear guidelines and binding terms and conditions regarding the services provided by " Tamawal" to the customer and are subject to the supervision and control of the Saudi Central Bank. The company operates under the trademark " Tamawal", hereinafter referred to as " Tamawal", "we", "us", or "the Company". These Terms govern the use of the Tamawal App for digital brokerage services and the Tamawal website and define the client's relationship with the company, as well as any other services provided through the Tamawal App from time to time. This agreement is available in Arabic and English. Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Registration") are provided to the customer for review and acceptance before granting consent and approval to complete the onboarding and registration process in the application. Registration is a prerequisite for using the Tamawal application as well as the services. Registration requires "Know Your Customer" ("KYC") procedures in order to verify the customer's eligibility as an authorized user of the services upon acceptance of these Terms. The terms in this agreement affect the obligations and rights in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so please read these terms carefully before completing the registration. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Tamawal website or the Tamawal application. By registering for Tamawal Application Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to abide by these Terms.
